Attraverso varie tecniche di arte terapia che spaziano dal teatro gestuale, la danza  spontanea e la musica, la pittura creativa, lavoriamo alla ricerca del nostro clown interiore, della nostra “commedia essenziale”, al di fuori del convenzionalismo psicosociale.

Con l’ausilio di training energetici e  dinamiche corporali ci addentriamo in ambiti sconosciuti della nostra personalità alla ricerca dell’accettazione di noi stessi e delle nostre risorse energetiche.

Un viaggio di ritorno alle risorse espressive primarie, per sperimentare e accettarci in tutte le sfumature comunicative umane, partendo dalla riscoperta di essere noi stessi per mostrarci al mondo nella nostra completa bellezza e autenticità.

Le dinamiche artistiche svolte nella natura incontaminata molisana ci porteranno a vivere un’esperienza indimenticabile in grado di cambiare il modo di guardare e di sentire.

Reinterpretando il senso comune creiamo una dimensione altra per rivivere il rapporto di noi stessi con la natura.

Il profondo abbraccio con il nostro idiota interiore, disadattato e represso all’interno della società dominante, ci conduce al tentativo di usare l’umanità ricoperta come strumento di trasformazione sia interiore che del mondo che ci circonda.

Abbigliamento consigliato

L’abbigliamento dipende ovviamente dal clima nel quale si desidera praticare questa esperienza. Comunque è consigliabile un abbigliamento comodo e non troppo appariscente rispetto all’ambiente circostante, dunque utilizzo di abbigliamento mimetico può essere particolarmente idoneo.

There is a beautiful corner in Molise, towards the border with Benevento, where the physical and ideal paths of history seem to have almost fused together around a structure, an antica locanda – or antique inn – which was used for the change of horses of stagecoaches and as a resting place for travellers.

The house was built at the beginning of the 1700s by the noble family Pignatelli, and within a few decades it became an indispensable stop for those who travelled the Consolare Sannitica, an ancient road established by the Bourbons in order to connect Naples with the Adriatic coast.

Today, the antique tavern of Sepino has returned to life, and to honour its history, it bears the name of Antica Taverna del Principe. As in the past – thanks to the restoration project done by the owners, the Lalenti family – the tavern offers shelter and hospitality.

It is a place of exchange and sharing for travellers inside a refined and welcoming environment that is well taken care of, even in the smallest details.

Surrounded by nature and easy to reach, the Antica Taverna del Principe is made of very large spaces with rooms on the upper floor, all furnished with antique pieces of rare beauty.

The wide and bright hall in which the horses once rested, welcomes guests with great warmth coming both from the careful attention given by the owners, and a huge, magnificently moulded fireplace.

History, archaeology, religiousness, natural landscapes, ancient hamlets, and fun are not to be missed on the route in Molise that leads to the tavern. Within a few kilometres of the Antica Taverna you can find the spectacular archaeological site of the Samnite city of Saepinum; Molise’s capital, Campobasso; and many villages that can be reached by foot. Also nearby are the hillsides and slopes of the Appennine mountains, with the ski resort of Campitello Matese open during ski season.
